Welcome to Tampa Bay!
Located on the west coast of Florida bordering the Gulf of Mexico,
Tampa Bay combines a balance of nature, beaches, and year round
outdoor enjoyment. With an average high temperature of 82 and
average low of 63, Tampa Bay offers 365 days of outdoor activities
from fishing, hiking, golfing, boating, mountain bike riding to
strolls around one of our many parks.
Tampa is a rapidly growing city which attracts many new companies due
primarily to its location, value, and the availability of a qualified
work force. Nearly half of Florida's top 50 private companies - along
with several Fortune 500 corporations - are headquartered here. By
2025 Florida is expected to overtake New York as the 3rd largest state
in America.
With a variety of nature, fine dining, night life,
world class entertainment and sports, shopping options, no personal
state income tax and a central location minutes away form world class
beaches, the bay area is the obvious choice of many to call home.
For indoor activities, you must visit one of
Tampa Bay's many malls including the
International Plaza. With 517,000 square-feet, International
Plaza offers many stores unique to the area including Neiman Marcus,
Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, Tiffany & Co. and while you are there check
out Bay Street for some fine dining. If night life is what you're
looking for,
Ybor City and
Channelside are the places for you. Connected by cable cars,
they include dance clubs, piano bars, arcade games, stadium and IMAX
theaters, as well as unique shops and restaurants. Cruise Lines are
located in the Channelside districts. Also located in the same
district is The
Florida Aquarium which boasts 152,000 square-feet of aquatic
plants and animals from Florida and all over the world. For theme
park enjoyment, the Bay area offers
Busch Gardens and
Adventure Island, a water theme park. If you desire more theme
park action try Orlando. Located approximately an hour east of Tampa
Bay, Orlando is home to
Walt Disney World,
Epcot,
MGM Studios,
Universal Studios and much more.
For the avid sports fan, the Bay area has an abundance of world
class sports. Home to the defending Super Bowl Champions -Tampa
Bay Buccaneers,
Tampa Bay Devil Rays,
Tampa Bay Lightning, and
Tampa Bay Storm.
In addition to the many activities and local
sports, the area certainly takes no back seat to providing quality
education. The
University of South Florida in
Tampa is among 17 colleges and universities in the region,
and there are 10 public and 60
private technical schools. USF is the 13th largest university in the
nation, ranks among top public research universities, and produces
more MBA graduates than any other school in Florida.
For all your traveling needs, the Bay area offers
Tampa International Airport, rated in the top five airports for the
last two years.

All Children’s Hospital which ranks #16 of 170 children’s
facilities as well as
H. Lee Moffit Cancer Center which gains national recognition for
cancer research and treatment.
