Hyde Park, Tampa’s original premier neighborhood, offers Historic
appeal with brick paved roads and turn of the century bungalow
style homes minutes away from Tampa’s SOHO District. The SOHO
District offers trendy restaurants, spas, cigar bars and more. For
High-end Luxury Condo living try Harbour Island, walking distance
to Channel Side and the St Pete Times Forum.

A master planned community can be described as a large community
distinguished by a tremendous number of amenities and
conveniences. A master planned community incorporates extensive

expansive parks with bike paths and jogging trails. They also
usually include neighborhood schools and community shopping.
